The Department of Justice reports that a Winnemucca tax return preparer pleaded guilty for tax fraud conspiracy today. Ginger Bidegary, 58, was charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States.
According to the victim, an unknown suspect got into her vehicle and demanded that the victim drive him to an area in south Reno. The victim stated that the suspect was armed with an unknown type handgun.
