The Aces stole one from the Isotopes Wednesday night by a score of 7-6 In Albuquerque. A three-run ninth inning put the Aces ahead by one and Kevin Ginkel was able to close it out for his first victory this season.

The road trip through Albuquerque began with an 8-2 loss at Isotopes Park. Right-hander Kris Medlen was tagged for his fifth loss of the season, moving Reno to a record of 17-24 on the year. Medlen went 5.1 innings, allowed five earned runs on eight hits and struck out five.
