A man has been arrested on charges including felony animal cruelty, coercion with threats, and aggravated stalking after sending videos to a woman allegedly showing him abusing a small dog.

A suspect who is accused of mistreating a dog, with the alleged activity being caught on tape, has been located and is facing charges. The dog is safe in the custody of Washoe County Regional Animal Services.
