The City of Reno in its efforts to continue to address the bathroom shortages in the downtown area has installed a third 'Portland Loo" located at City Plaza.

The City of Reno's Hispanic heritage Month celebration will include folkloric dance, a special lighting of the BELIEVE sign and the reading of a bilingual proclamation.
