As the 2015-2016 school year draws to a close, 17 students representing high schools in the Washoe County School District are being honored as part of the annual Countdown to Graduation celebration of graduates.

The launch of an unmanned rocket to the International Space Station has been delayed by a problem with a motor that was needed during the launch.

Seventeen of the Washoe County School District’s most inspiring graduates are the focus of the 2014 “Countdown to Graduation” campaign, which begins today with the unveiling of the Countdown to Graduation video.
