An investigation is underway after an early morning mobile home fire near Peri Ranch Road in Lockwood in Storey County.
Storey County officials say there was a garbage fire at a landfill in Lockwood. They say the Storey County Fire Department and Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District quickly knocked the fire down. The size and cause of the fire are unknown at this time.
