The Reno Aces locked in their fourth win in six meetings against the Las Vegas 51s Sunday afternoon as Ketel Marte collected his 100th hit of the season in the 7-3 win.
The Reno Aces (30-19) battled to earn the seven to six series victory over the Iowa Cubs (21-26) after coming back twice in the final game at Principal Park on Friday evening.
Marte is the third Aces player this season to take home a Player of the Week honor (Christian Walker, Zack Godley).
Reno Aces shortstop, Ketel Marte, has been awarded the first Pacific Coast League “Player of the Week” award for the period of May 1 – May 7.
