NDOW relocated 21 bighorn sheep from Lander County to Pyramid Lake, Monday.

The Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners voted in their January/February 2014 meeting to allow bighorn sheep ewe hunting at the recommendation of the Nevada Department of Wildlife. The first ever ewe hunt was a decision of last resort based on several factors of bighorn sheep management.
