Former President Jimmy Carter is back at church teaching Sunday school less than two weeks after breaking his pelvis in a fall.

A fractured spine, two punctured lungs, a shattered pelvis and now, the miraculous recovery of a young woman hit by a train in Verdi. She's home tonight, after spending almost two weeks in the hospital. 

Poppi, a four year old mini poodle, is facing a big struggle after a bad accident. While she is getting the help she needs at Nevada Humane Society, donations are now needed to help cover the medical costs of her care. Poppi was found injured by the side of the road.
