Caucus-goers must be physically present at their precinct location on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to cast their ballot.

Nevada's upcoming presidential nominating process is complicated this year due to the Nevada GOP's primary and caucus contests.

The Registrar of Voters office says voters who have two ballots should cast the updated ballot and trash the old ballot. 

Saturday was the first day of early voting for the presidential primaries in Nevada.

Another major update that is in the works is the "Voter Registration and Election Management Solution, or VREMS.  

The Nevada Democratic Party is launching an extensive education campaign to ensure that voters are well-informed about the new process. Voters will be given the opportunity to cast their ballots by mail, participate in nearly two weeks of early voting, and, of course, vote on primary day.

Primaries for both major political parties will be held on February 6th of next year.
