The improvements will be gradually implemented over the next five years as staffing and funding allow.
The RTC unveiled new plans Tuesday night on proposed changes to commuting in the South Meadows area. This is the second meeting of the South Meadows Multi-modal Transportation Study that started in March. More than 50 people showed up for the second meeting. But overall the RTC says it has received more than 3,000 comments. The proposed plans displayed Tuesday largely came out of that feedback.
