Video from inside a doors-off sightseeing helicopter that crashed in a New York City river last year shows doomed passengers struggling to free themselves from harnesses as the aircraft fills with water.

Lake Tahoe Cruises has decided to temporarily suspend cruise operations at Lake Tahoe due to low water levels. Aramark, which operates the cruises made the decision to suspend operations on Monday.

The drought is taking a toll on boating and rafting around Lake Tahoe.
