The Downtown Reno skyline is lit up once again as casinos get ready to reopen. The Row is set to open up at 10 a.m.

California Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a $125 billion budget that gives doctors and dentists a raise while increasing funding for education and social services. The spending plan kicks in July 1.

State regulators say Nevada gambling revenue increased almost 7.5 percent in March from the same time last year. The Nevada Gaming Control Board on Wednesday reported that casinos brought in more than $991 million last month.
