The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony's annual New Year's Eve Sobriety Social Powwow is set for Sunday.

While alcohol will be a part of many New Year's Eve events in northern Nevada, at least one celebration will be keeping things sober. "Reps 4 Recovery" is hosting its second annual "New York New Year" celebration on Sunday.
