A 54-year-old Reno businessman convicted earlier this year of defrauding the U.S. government out of $200,000 in grants intended for charities has pleaded guilty to a related tax evasion charge.Michael Stickler changed his earlier not guilty plea in federal court in Reno on Thursday as part of a plea-bargain agreement with prosecutors who agreed to drop all but one criminal count against him.
