The Best In The West Nugget Rib Cook-Off is back for it's 28th time. Just a couple of the rib cookers were in Sparks for the inaugural event and only one has been to every single cook-off since.  

Wednesday marks the beginning of the Rib Cook-Off in Sparks. The festival goes until 9pm on Wednesday, and Monday is the last day for the cook-off. The cook-off is not only fun for the attendees but also for the cooks. 

Labor Day weekend is upon us, and that means two dozen rib cookers are in Sparks, for the largest barbecue event in the country.
