The Reno Police Department and the Nevada Department of Wildlife recently worked together, along with a drone pilot, to help a young black bear out of a tree.

Staff members plan to use the information they learned to coordinate drone competitions for members.

They found six different drones just Friday morning and spoke to the people flying with them about the danger involved.
