Secret Witness is offering a $1,500 reward for information in an armed robbery that happened at Scolari's Pharmacy in Reno on Saturday.
Authorities say around noon the suspect entered the Caughlin Parkway store wearing a blue medical mask, approached the pharmacy window and told the pharmacist tech “this is a hold up” and showed her a handgun. The tech called the pharmacist to the counter and the suspect told the pharmacist to give him all their Norco and methadone drugs. The suspect then showed the pharmacist the gun and told her to hurry up and give him the big bottles. He then got away with some of the drugs.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s with several days' growth of facial hair. He was last seen wearing a light colored baseball hat, tan jacket and jeans.
