Washoe County officials are in the process of establishing standards for short-term rentals in unincorporated Washoe County, including Incline Village/Crystal Bay.
Due to the executive order, short-term rentals can no longer operate for commercial purposes, effectively excluding vacationing as an allowable use during the pandemic.
Short Term Rentals, or as many people know them as Air B&B's, are a popular way for many to visit our area who don't want to go the hotel route. Now, changes on how they're overseen could be coming soon.
