An investigation is underway after a fire broke out at a home on Kilborne Avenue in south Reno, near Kietzke Lane.
The fire started around 10:15 a.m. on Friday, behind the Walmart building and Sam's Club.
Authorities say one woman was transported for smoke inhalation to a nearby hospital. No one else was reported inside the home.
Crews say the home sustained significant damage, and two firefighters' clothing and gear were partially burned, meaning temperatures nearly reached 900-degrees.
