Sparks Police are searching for a suspect who exposed, fondled himself to a woman at the Sparks Marina Friday.
Police say at approximately 1:00 a.m. Friday, a female victim noticed a man in a dark car following her as she walked around the marina. When the victim went to her vehicle to leave the man drove to her car, exited the vehicle, exposed and fondled himself then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as white or Hispanic, 6 feet tall and 20 to 30 years old. He wore a red baseball hat, white shirt and blue jeans. The car was described as a 2000 to 2002 black Saturn type vehicle.
