The Inaugural Victory Way Block Party is taking place along the 4th Street sidewalks, business, and property fronts from Lake to Elko streets until 6pm tonight.
The event is open and free to the public.
A business bingo map was created by the City of Reno to encourage the public to explore the area, tour the local businesses, learn the history of the district, and become part of Victory Way's future.
There are musicians, bands, stilt walkers, hula hoopers, aerialists, street performers, food trucks and muralists setup in a pop-up marketplace throughout the area, creating a festive, fun and safe experience for the family to explore and learn about 4th Street.
