Testimony Continues in Evidence Hearing for James Biela

Convicted murderer James Biela was back in court for the second day of an evidence hearing to determine whether he should get a new trial.

Testimony continued Tuesday as Biela's attorneys called witnesses to the stand to testify as to how Biela's trial was handled when he was convicted of killing Brianna Denison in 2008.

DNA linked Biela to the murder and another sexual assault, but his attorneys have questions about that evidence.

Officials say these hearings could last up to two weeks.
