The Gold 'N Silver Inn has reopened for business after undergoing a yearslong renovation.
Jacobs Entertainment, which acquired the property in 2022, says the "renovation preserves the character and legacy that made the restaurant a community favorite while introducing a modernized interior, an inviting new bar and lounge space, and a revised menu featuring both longtime guest favorites and new offerings."
With that 2022 purchase, Jacobs became owners of all the property in Reno's Neon Line south of West 4th Street between Keystone Avenue and West Street.
To date, Jacobs Entertainment says it has invested more than $500 million into the district, including the transformation of the J Resort and the creation of new soccer fields that recently hosted downtown Reno’s first youth soccer tournament.
