A Washoe County man was arrested following a multi-agency child exploitation investigation led by Nevada State Police.
The Nevada State Police Investigation Division, Parole and Probation Division, and Capitol Police executed search warrants in Fernley, Sparks and Reno.
On March 12, Kyle Marcelino Landa was taken into custody and booked into the Washoe County Jail for violation of his probation.
He was later charged with ‘using the internet to control a visual presentation depicting the sexual conduct of a person under 16 years of age,’ a felony.
