Sunday morning, Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District responded to the Peavine Mountain access road and a fully involved engine fire.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire within minutes, before it spread and became a threat to the wildland.
There are no injuries reported. Officials say the cause is likely related to a leaking fuel line.
