Reno fire crews are mopping up after two small brush fires broke out near Parr Blvd. off of north Highway 395 early Thursday afternoon.
Sierra Front says the fires started at noon.
One fire was South of Parr and was about an acre in size. The other was North of Parr and was about a half acre.
The cause remains under investigation, and right now, crews don't know if the two fires are related, but it is believed to be human caused.
Both Reno Fire, and BLM crews responded to the scene.
