UPDATE: Lemmon Drive is back open after crews finished removing concrete barriers one day early.

Lemmon Drive will be closed for two days beginning at 6 a.m., Tuesday, September 29, while crews remove most of the “K-rail” concrete barriers between Deodar Way and Nectar Street.
The City of Reno will close Lemmon Drive and reroute traffic on Military Road while the barriers are removed.
The barriers were put in place as part of the county’s flood mitigation efforts. Given the progress of those efforts, the barriers are now being removed.
