Washoe County Man Convicted of Murdering Younger Brother

Robert Davis

The Washoe County District Attorney's office says a man has been convicted of murder for the second time.

The DA's office says 52-year-old Robert Davis was found guilty of murder with the use of a deadly weapon on Friday after a week-long trial.

He was previously convicted in June of 2012, but the case was appealed and retried.

Prosecutors say Davis shot and killed his younger brother during a domestic dispute at their home in Mogul in September of 2011.

Davis will be sentenced in November.
