Damonte Ranch High School opened new classrooms on Monday as part of the school's expansion project. The classrooms were made possible by WC-1 funding.

A ribbon cutting was held at the school on Monday.

The Washoe County School District says the 23-classroom expansion was completed on time and on budget. Other classes will move into the new spaces over the summer months in time for the beginning of school on August 6th.
