The Douglas County Sheriff's Office arrested an inmate who was already on house arrest.
The sheriff's office says that David Caylor was arrested after he bought a .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun from an undercover investigator.
Caylor was booked into the county jail in Minden and was charged with being an ex-felon in possession of a gun.
