According to Douglas County Sheriff's Office, on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the American Century Celebrity Golf Tournament at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, a fan inappropriately touched the face of Justin Timberlake. Â
Authorities say Timberlake declined to press charges and officers directed the fan to leave the premises. Â
Douglas County officials said the subject was intoxicated, became disorderly and argumentative. Â They say he was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Â
The fan has been identified as 29-year old Keith Michael Weglin from Sacramento, California. Â Weglin was booked into the Douglas County Jail and released later the same date after posting $640 bail.
