Sparks firefighters are investigating a propane leak that happened at EBARA International Corporation on Salomon Circle early Thursday afternoon.
When crews arrived on scene just 12:45 p.m., they say they found employees evacuating the building, and no signs of a fire. As a precaution, crews also evacuated Sierra Nevada Corporation located next door.
Authorities say the affected tank, which is behind the building, belongs to EBARA. Fire crews covered the leak in foam, and are monitoring the situation.
No one was hurt.
Crews say 17 personnel, including a HAZMAT team responded to the incident.
