JCPenney Hosting Hiring Event for Upcoming Holiday Season

JCPenney is getting ready for the holiday season, by looking to fill seasonal positions at its supply chain facility on Stead Blvd. 

Supply chain associates are responsible for performing stock-handling tasks, like packing, unpacking, banding and assembling merchandise.

The following is a list of event times you can attend:

  • Thursday, September 10, 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, September 11, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 12 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

JCPenney officials say they will be holding in-person interviews and making employment offers on the spot, so be sure to come prepared with a resume and appropriate work attire. 

If you would like to apply for the position, there are multiple ways you can do that.

You can either apply on their website, or at one of the company's applicant kiosks inside the facility before attending the event. 

Be sure to wear a mask and all candidates must also complete temperature and COVID-19 wellness screenings prior to the interview. 

When you show up on Saturday, stay in your car until the interview begins.
