KTVN 2 News, a CBS affiliate, is looking for their next Local Sales Team Development Manager.   

This person is responsible for identifying, hiring, and training junior account executives. This position requires a dynamic broadcast professional who can balance the dual responsibilities of recruitment along with developing and servicing a local account list. 

Candidates should have four years of experience in regional and/or local broadcast sales plus two years of sales management experience preferred.   

High school degree required. 

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
