Lyon County officials say road crews are addressing flash flooding and snow removal in various areas.Â
They said the Retention Basin at Dayton Valley Road and Sutro is filling and may overflow this afternoon.
Residents on Sutro Road, Potasi Road, Nugget and Comstock are urged to take protective measures for their property, Lyon County officials said.
The following areas are also being monitored:
Silver Springs - The Tahoe Canal has taken a significant amount of water and is flowing freely
Moundhouse and Silver City - Crews are working on snow removal
Yerington/Mason Valley - Localized flooding reported on Mason Pass and Luzier Lane
