Washoe County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) says Macy's has been reopened after it was closed for an evidence search. Officials said two people were detained after fleeing into Meadowood Mall.

WCSO says the suspects are possibly a part of an ongoing investigation.

Officials say the public is not in danger.

WCSO says there is possibly a third suspect, but they are unable to be found at this time.

Officials said the third suspect is described as a black male, last seen wearing faded blue jeans and a black and white jacket.

WCSO says the incident started when two people, possibly three ran away from a stolen vehicle that was spotted at the mall.

Officials said there were no weapons involved. One deputy suffered a minor injury.

The investigation is ongoing.
