Crash on SR 208 in Smith Valley, 2 Hospitalized

Nevada Highway Patrol is reporting a multiple vehicle crash on the 580/395 southbound off ramp at the Moana exit. The crash is blocking the left turn lane. Expect slow downs and use caution.Â
