A woman was sentenced to 32 months in state prison on Monday after pleading guilty to felony driving under the influence.
Holly Marie Kelly had a prior felony DUI on her record and a prior conviction for a serious or violent felony, according to a post on Facebook from the El Dorado County District Attorney.
This new conviction resulted from a crash in November of 2024.
Witnesses reported Kelly was driving at high speed in a residential area before the crash.
When officers arrived, they saw signs of impairment, and alcohol testing showed a reading more than three times the legal limit.
