On Friday, March 14, legendary skincare company Gold Bond plans to set a Guinness World Record title for the largest Swimsuit Ski Run in the world at Palisades Tahoe.

In an iconic test of winter skin, comedian, actress, and author Chelsea Handler will lead participants as they ski or snowboard down the slopes in bikinis, emphasizing the value of skin hydration in freezing weather.

The event is open to the public and will take place at the Palisades Tahoe Base area at the SnoVenture Activity Zone located at 1651 Olympic Valley Road, in Olympic Valley.

The ski run starts at 2 p.m. and runs till around 4 p.m.; organizers say to look for the signs and the warming fires.

A spokesperson for the event says Gold Bond is taking advantage of the growing popularity of winter activities to draw attention to a cold-weather essential that is frequently disregarded: hydrated skin even under the most trying of circumstances.
