Phone service has been fully restored at Seneca Healthcare District, which includes the Lake Almanor Clinic and Seneca Hospital, following a regional outage that affected Frontier Communications customers.
The outage, which disrupted all incoming and outgoing calls through standard telephone lines, has been resolved, according to district officials.
During the disruption, Seneca provided temporary contact numbers to ensure continued access to care and communication. Officials expressed appreciation for the community's patience and apologized for the inconvenience caused.
Seneca Healthcare District is continuing to monitor the situation, but confirmed that normal phone operations have resumed.
