Starting on Monday, March 4, RTC will begin construction on the intersection of Prater Way and 4th Street.

There will be occasional lane closures on both Prater Way and 4th Street, but the lane closures will only be in effect from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. All turns will remain open.

Construction is expected to finish in late spring.
