A man missing from Silver Springs has been found safe in Lyon County.
Deputies say members of Lyon County Search and Rescue located Jackson during search operations in the Silver Springs area around 2:45 a.m. on Monday.
They say Jackson suffered minor injuries from a fall but was otherwise in good condition.
As a precaution, he was transported to Carson Tahoe Hospital for evaluation.

78-year-old Tex Jackson was last seen between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday near his home on 7th Street in Silver Springs.Â
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, with gray hear and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a plaid shirt and a tan cowboy hat.Â
Jackson suffers from dementia, and the sheriff's office says there is concern for his safety.Â
