A deadly accident shuts down all lanes of highway 50 Sunday morning in Dayton.
Two people died at the scene, one other has life threatening injuries and was flown by care flight to a hospital.
The Lyon County Sheriff's office says just before 7:30 a.m. a semi-truck struck two other vehicles at the intersection of Hwy 50 and Traditions Parkway. Traffic is being diverted onto secondary roads. Lane closures are expected to last two to three hours.
Investigators say the driver of the semi may have fallen asleep.
