Nevada State Police has released details of a fatal crash that happened in Lyon County on March 30th.
According to a release from NSP, a white Toyota Tacoma was heading south on U.S. 95 Alternate south of mile marker 27 when the driver drifted off the right side of the road, then re-entered the road and crossed both travel lanes before vaulting onto the east shoulder of the road, landing on its roof.
The driver of the Toyota, Terri Lynn Gerbasi, a 61-year-old woman from Yerington, was pronounced deceased on-scene.
Nevada State Police Highway Patrol Northern Command West Multidisciplinary Investigation & Reconstruction Team is investigating this crash.
