A man was hospitalized Tuesday morning in Elko after being stabbed several times in the head.
According to a Facebook post from the Elko Police Department, they responded to Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital to find a man who had been stabbed five to seven times in the head.
The man was uncooperative with both emergency room staff and officers and no suspect has yet been identified.
Officers were able to locate a potential crime scene in the 500 block of South 5th Street where they collected bloody clothes and other evidence apparently related to the incident.
