The Bureau of Land Management says that the Hobson Fire reached 100% containment on Friday.
The fire consumed 1,080 acres and was determined to be lightning-ignited.
Fire behavior is now minimal and firefighters are still on scene securing and mopping up the fire line.

The Hobson Fire south of Elko in eastern Nevada continues to burn with 10% containment.
The fire currently spans approximately 938 acres.
Full containment is anticipated for Thursday evening, August 22.
The lightning-started fire is burning on public lands, and no private property or structures are immediately threatened.
Assisting the BLM are the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Ely Ranger District, National Park Service and private contractors.
The fire was first reported at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Sunday, August 18.Â
