According to emails received by station staff, the Banana Ball lottery is taking place today for the exhibition game scheduled at Greater Nevada Field on the weekend of May 29 - 31.
Anyone who originally entered the lottery ticket draft will want to check your email for the next steps on purchasing tickets.

The Party Animals - a part of the Savannah Bananas' 'Banana Ball' league - have announced that they will be coming to Reno in 2025.
During the league's World Tour Draft, which was broadcast on YouTube Thursday afternoon, The Party Animals will be coming to Greater Nevada Field the weekend of May 29 - 31, 2025.
Banana Ball teams are well known for entertaining fans by playing a version of baseball with unique rules, audience participation, and choreographed dance numbers.
Games usually sell out whenever they're announced.
