The Nevada Department of Transportation will be replacing concrete barrier rail in the median of U.S. 50 starting Monday, March 18.
While this work is going on, one lane will be closed intermittently in one-mile segments in each direction between Baldwine Lane in Moundhouse and Winters Parkway in Dayton form 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
The work is expected to finish around mid-April.
The speed limit will be reduced to 45 miles per hour in work zones.
Drivers should expect delays of up to 30 minutes.
