Deputies from the Washoe County Sheriff's Office were called to a reported disturbance at an Incline Village home on March 24 at around 2:43 a.m.
Upon arrival, deputies spoke with three people inside the house, learning that before they arrived, the suspect had left the home.
According to one victim, the suspect became hostile and physically attacked them at a social gathering.
The suspect allegedly struck one victim in the forehead with a glass beer bottle and scratched the second victim's face.
Deputies say they saw obvious wounds that matched the victims' reports.
They later found the suspect sitting in a ditch nearby.
Deputies say she was put in a patrol car while they carried out their investigation because of the weather and the clothes she was wearing.
Deputies say the suspect had no apparent injuries and was arrested and booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility on the charge of battery with a deadly weapon.
